You may have joined by our back-up biller CCBill from whom we cannot see an associated email address. Very few of our customers join via CCBill. To find out who is billing you for abbywinters.com access, there are two options:

1. Check your credit card statement. It'll list either be "GMBill.com" or "CCBill.com", or
2. Search your emails for messages that contain "abbywinters", one of these will indicate the biller you joined via
